To introduce the documentary I have decided to flip through a series of doors to introduce loads of anonymous people at the one time. The documentary is about Lotte Glob, but it's Lotte speaking to other people, and it's important to introduce these people at the start.
By people I mean the audience. Anyone who's watching. This documentary is to provoke thought and make people reevaluate how they live, and I would like to include and address them as much as possible throughout the doc.
I'm not sure on what audio to use to introduce. I was set on Gaelic music, though I think I need something more contemporary to connect with people. Also something striking and building on pace to gradually build anticipation into the doc. The music used here is Fitzpleasure by Alt-J. I like it as it's acapella to begin then has a build up of instruments. It may not have the exact connection I need, though it's got the structure of what I would like to eventually use.
I only have three doors at the moment and have returned the wide angle lens, therefore I need to win the lottery to buy one for myself. Or see if a kind soul will lend one again!
