I have decided to conduct a few media tests involving projection and laser cutting.
I plan to cast shadows onto the projection to create a new scene and hopefully create an endearing piece.
This reverts back to the work I found at the Tate Modern, London. I have been looking into the same type of theme, shadows and silhouettes, and came across Lotte Reiniger.
Her work is fascinating. I would like to look into this more. It reminds me of Su Blackwell's work in video form.
I plan to investigate Reiniger's work further to interpret and construct my own version to be used within my documentary.
