Lightbulb!! (Gru, Despicable Me voice)

After watching the video A Finger, Two Dots Then Me, I decided to try a few tests shooting lightbulbs.

In the short video they appear to illustrate energy and the wire and filament in the bulb seems to conjure up the idea of a cycle, a flowing cycle of energy and life.

Maybe they were used purely as bulbs to light the set, but that's what I saw in them.

I think that the bulb does display some sort of energy, even in my little quick clip. It's visually pleasing, soft on the eye, and its something you don't see that often and you can't see with the naked eye... it'll blind you! I really like it and think it will be a useful addition to describing emotions and feelings within my documentary.
