Blending Reality

I have been trying to blend reality with a fictitious set. I had decided my best option would be to use bokeh to blend them together, as it would give them something in common to merge from.

I decided if I panned right and done the same with the bokeh I could blend them quite well using a dissolved transition and the circles could focus to present the little town, or the actual city.

 

I'm still in the trial stages and have a lot to do before the blending appears seamless.
