This image grabbed me. I have been looking a lot into projection lately and perhaps that's one of the reasons this image caught my eye.
It's a piece from Matt Doust and Will Stoker's exhibition from 2011. This is an image or painting that has been projected onto a wall.
I like the idea of attempting to combine an actor to portray emotions throughout the documentary and I think this is a great way of doing so.
The use of paint in this projected image has made me think of how I could use colour to evoke emotions and perhaps not restrict myself to whole shots of the torso, I could focus more on hands (to reflect teh graft and making) or specific facial features. This is something I hope to try once I get a new camera.
