Claire Mundell spoke of her process and how long it takes to actually complete a project and the dedication and wealth of like minded people it requires.
Colin McLaren (Donkeys), Ed McCardie (Shameless) and Andrea Gibb (Swallows and Amazons) were discussing their take on scriptwriting and how it infiltrates and affects the other areas of a film/tv programme.
Michael Hines (director of Chewing the Fat and Still Game) was discussing the qualities a director needs and the role the director plays within the film.
There were stalls set up with people from various different companies there to give help and advice to aspiring filmmakers. Wish I could find more of these workshop/advice days!
It was full of useful information and advice on what to do and where to go in the film and TV industry.
